IEHP - Headquarters
With over 1.5 million members and over 8,000 providers, IEHP is the largest not-for-profit Medicare/Medicaid public health plan in the country. The pride themselves on being a part of their community and providing care with a heart with a emphasis on providing community wellness centers which provide resources to the under served. After revamping the IEHP brand in 2021 Monigle was tapped once again to create a unifying design concept for both the primary office building as well as community wellness center spaces.
The new concept needs to reflect the new ‘grown-up’ identity that reflects the modern community they serve - beyond mothers and children. The brand is rooted in being champions for the community - beyond just being a healthcare plan.
The new design concept was created and tested in their 100,000 sq ft office building utilizing a system of elements that could be assembled and re-scaled for use in their secondary spaces. An extensive design guideline was created for the internal facilities team to build from in the future.
